Delivery is a flat rate of £3.95 for delivery within the UK, unfortunately at this time we are unable to deliver outside of the UK. We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day if the order is placed before 2:30pm Monday - Friday. All orders are dispatched on a Fedex next day tracked delivery and you will recieve email updates on the status of your delivery. Please note delivery times can vary during busy periods so please plan accordingly to avoid dissapointment. We can only deliver to the address on your order, if you need to ammend this at any time this may incur an admin charge. If delivery is attempted and there is no-one to recieve the delivery you may incur extra delivery charges.
We hope you are happy with your order however if there is a problem we are happy to assist with a replacement or refund.
You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of the delivery date. We will be happy to refund the full amount of your order minus any delivery charges, and you will need to return the product to us at your own expense. To cancel your order please contact email@example.com and include your order number.
If your order arrives and a product is faulty, we will happily replace this if reported to us within 28 days of delivery of the order. We will be happy to replace the item and send it to you free of charge. To report a faulty item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number and photos of the product if damaged.
If you recieve your order and we have sent the wrong product, please report this to us within 28 days of the delivery of the order so we can send the correct item out to you. Please contact email@example.com and include your order number to arrange this.
